A green bubble in the heart of the Yad Eliyahu neighborhood
The Sir John Monash project is located in the heart of Tel Aviv, in the Yad-Eliyahu neighborhood, near industrial, hi-tech, cultural and culinary centers in abundance. The project was designed by the leading firm Zeit Lev Architects, which created a modern and elegant visual architecture, combining high-quality materials and pleasant colors. The buildings are unusual in their clean lines and large windows, which allow for a good flow of light and air. As part of the project, the existing building with 32 units will be demolished, and 2 new buildings with 76 new units will be built in its place. The 2 buildings will enjoy a common area surrounded by green and landscaped gardens, which will create an atmosphere of calm and comfort.
